I know the Pentagon has some kind of super secret "special forces" psy-ops
installations that reportedly "lost" about $1 trillion awhile ago, and it's still
unaccounted for, as far as I know.
I found this SF Chronicle article from back 2003, when Shrub was in the WH.

Maybe that $1 trillion is how much they loose annually? The thing is, nobody can even dane
to ask these kinds of questions of late, without raising suspicions that you're a "domestic
terrorist" or some such rot.
Hard telling where this might all lead, "interesting times" for sure.
