In Germany it is more than 60% in taxes. Without the taxes, the price of the product is $3.20 a gallon. So it is not a fact that the market price of gasoline in Europe is more than twice what it is here, the fact is the taxes are much, much higher. Why not compare prices to prices and taxes on those prices to taxes on those prices?
