15. I disagree with the protests having "...many different origins"........

EVERY ONE OF THOSE ISSUES IS ECONOMIC IN NATURE. The SPECIFIC economic issue is different in each place, but they are ALL economic based. I would even go further and say that the specific issues are all anti-austerity which means they are against the neo-liberal agenda for the world.
