It's like if we changed the law on what side of the highway we travel. We all travel on the right and things go fairly smoothly but accidents do happen. The U.S. dismantling their surveillance while everyone else just motors along, is like changing the rules of the highway. We are now going to have all traffic on the left side, just like Britain.
