They are sweeping up everything.

They have no right to collect this information in the first place. Faux "protections" for ACCESSING it after the fact are the manipulative arguments of con men. It is like saying we can put a camera in every house as long as we promise not to turn it on.

Spare us the propaganda.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
