I have stopped eating most processed foods all together. I hadn't thought about Agent Orange in farmed catfish. However, the reports of these fish and shrimp being raised in sewage has turned me off to eating farmed fish. I live in Central PA and the state has told us not to eat more than one fish from PA waters a month due to mercury and other chemicals in the fish.

We only eat wild caught fish, but it is too expensive to eat often.
