Bush traveled to Africa under the Obama (we don't look back to the past) Administration's protection and so therefore won't have to worry about having his plane boarded, or diverted, nor denied access through anyone's airspace because...... well, because we're the fucking USA!!! USA!!! USA!!! USA!!!
