15. CNN abandoned reality

after Pox took a large segment of their audience. In an attempt to regain that lost demographic they lurched to the right and started imitating Pox, failing to understand that they alienated the remainder of their audience.
It was a bad business decision, and they've been in the crapper ever since. Normal people don't watch Pox or CNN.
