104. Any American whose loyalties do not fully lie with the Constitution of the United States

imo is the antithesis of a loyal and patriotic American. Government cannot and has never kept every American safe from harms way. Government even goes to extreme measures to make the sacrosanct 2nd Amendment absolute, an absurdity that contributes to the needless deaths of thousands of Americans, an absurdity widely accepted by the general public. Concomitantly, government spends countless billions of dollars ostensibly to keep us safe from terra, all the while quashing many constitutional protections it has sworn to protect, defend, and preserve to better ferret out terrorists. If only all who have taken an oath for national office would read and follow their oaths of office rather than eschew same, governance should improve exponentially.
