I don't have a definitive answer as to what their game is, although I think you've touched on some of it:

"This NSA domestic spying is designed to keep people in check (Americans), designed to make people accept the new regimentation they want to impose (caste system) and designed to make the PIC and MIC wealthier (more equipment, more private prisons). You are surprised our list of Civil Privileges are getting smaller and smaller."

And whatever their game, you can be sure that Pres. Obama has signed on to it. He's not playing 15 dimensional chess
