4. Two buoys is a "huge" installation?

I don't think so, really. There will be ships hooked up to them sometimes, of course, but it's not really huge.

In the meantime, whenever gas-fired furnaces run in the winter, they'll be using that gas. We haven't replaced all of the natural gas facilities with some other energy source, and furnaces are going to continue to need natural gas. Power plants, too.

I'd be more concerned about the remaining coal-burning power plants, frankly.
