who have become pregnant in the last six months. My daughter is sixteen. This is a place where the school doesn't have mandatory sex ed and all the talk is geared towards the abstinence only approach and the public high school would pass for a Christian school anywhere else. They have a Prayer Wall. No, really.

I think this issue just might do it for some people. 'Cause raising the taxes on the top 2% won't cost any of my neighbors anything, but their sixteen year old daughter getting pregnant is going to be expensive.
