This seems to be a common accusation here when trying to discredit what a poster says no matter how true it is.

Fact. Accusing this person of espionage and the prison sentences or even execution that might come from a trial is over the top. This man is a whistle blower not any enemy agent. The charges are dishonest which means a trial will not be honest either. Considering what our country has done to others whom have exposed the rot that is our NSA, I say run Eddie run.

Fact. You don't know if he has given anything to foreign countries. It's just another accusation with no proof. All anyone knows is what was released to the press for everyone to see about the surveillance.
