4. Mobile phone addiction is out of control....

Men talking on the phone while standing at a urinal or on the throne...people talking incessantly in elevators, during meals with others at a restaurant, in the car, everywhere.

I swear one of these days I am going to rip the phone out of the person standing next to me on the treadmill at the gym who is either talking and/or texting the entire time and jump up and down on it. It even happens in a spin or aerobics class..the woman next to me is texting every time the instructor gives us a 45 second recovery period.

Trust me, these people are not that important. I would be concerned if I had become that self-obsessed. That is what it is...they can't feel like they have any worth unless they are constantly talking or texting to someone. How about a little personal soul searching and reflection in quiet?
