And there's a reason people are starting to resist. It's not because they love drunk drivers, it's because they feel something greater is at stake. Regardless, if the law says the kid doesn't have to roll his window down all the way, then the police should respect the law until it's changed. I follow all kinds of laws I don't agree with.
