If you have a better link it's a good idea to post it especially after the litany of accusations you made in your reply OR tell us (imho) that its just your opinion...which is fine.

I have no clue as to how you would know (source) that her psychological issues (?) still prevail.

How do you know that the prescribed drugs during her incarceration would have led her to being able to stand trial? Do you have a source?

You say she's never been medicated? Really?

You are saying that it was her mental incompetence that led to the charges being dropped.

CONSEQUENT to all of the above she is not a reliable source.

Here is an excerpt from the linked article in the OP:

Rather than being sent back to the prison facility, she spent four months at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. Finally, on Sept. 8, 2006 she was released by order of Judge Mukasey. He flatly denied the U.S. Attorney’s request for forced medication, noting contradictory opinions on diagnosis and poor support for the efficacy of the medication recommended by court appointed and prosecution experts.

His opinion and order implied that there was not much of case against her: “There is no indication that Lindauer ever came close to influencing anyone, or could have.” Opinion and Order, Judge Michael B. Mukasey, Sept. 6, 2006

The Judge ordered that Lindauer be released from jail. She remains free to this day. Through former U.S. Attorney Brian Schaunnessy of Washington, D.C., she is seeking a trial on the charges levied and sees that as a public forum to verify her story and clear her name.

If you have a better source than the OP, please reply with it. When I first came to DU in 2005, someone jumped me just as I am you...sorry. I wasn't happy about it at the time but....

Check out the Youtube video I posted up thread. Now this is my opinion: After listening to this, I find her credible. Very lucid.....as for her background....Wow! I wish I had been smart enough to have attended Smith!
