64. SMH. How does this even come to mind for someone?

I wish I could understand how someone even thinks about doing something like this. I remember the movie the Terminator where it showed the choices for the robot was evaluating in terms of how to respond to something.

What was going on in this persons mind? How did "throw semen at girl" win out over things like, "keep walking and say/do nothing" or "say hello" or "invite to lunch"?
