2. She's amazing

Hard to believe her 16th birthday is today - my daughter's 16th was yesterday. Malala is clearly mature beyond her years, she was even before she was attacked. CBC here in Canada has been playing snippets of her speech all day and I must say I had tears in my eyes, especially when I saw her mother wiping tears from HER eyes. Where a child like that gets her strength and drive I'll never know. There are very few people like that on the planet, that's for sure.
