the channel where you watch Fox News, ie Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, etc. It is where we watch Fox entertainment shows and local news.

Fox entertainment and Fox News are two different channels. KTVU is an affiliate, it is not owned by Fox News. It is owned by Cox Media.

And the majority of the population in San Francisco is not Asian.

I am in full agreement with you that the fact this made it to air is inexcusable. And it would be on any TV station anywhere in the country.
