4. i feel it could be modified..

Now, i haven't read the entire thing, and i wouldn't even know enough about how each part effects each policy and potential policy, but i doubt the whole thing should be tossed. i read through the details that different civil liberties groups support for modification, and section 215 always reads the most egregious. i do believe there is a lot of overreach so i'd prefer the worst parts of the bill be repealed.
