11. so the letter to the jury re: disregarding all of that testimony

was that the judge basing his instructions on precedent? or his personal choice base on his reading of the case?

please explain why the jury had such specific instructions.. and why if the prosecution was so seemingly inept that this should be celebrated as "justice"
