You just admitted in your first paragraph that it is quite evident that the law, that law being the "stand your ground" law can be easily abused. OBVIOUSLY, the easiest way would be to revoke the law and return to the law that worked very well for more that two hundred years. I think that is called the Castle Doctrine.

I am glad you consider the NRA politically wrong, but you should just consider them wrong altogether. You should also know that the NRA is one of the biggest political players out there, right up there with KKK Rove's group and the Koch brothers. That is a fact.

Nice try with your last paragraph. Very sad situation, but for you to pull that sort of bullshit, is very reminiscent of a lot gungeonites that are no longer at DU.
