Zimmerman, for getting out of his vehicle and pursuing Trayvon, the police, for failing to properly collect the evidence at the time of the incident, and the prosecution for the way that they handled the case. Even after the botched job by the police, I think a competent prosecutor could of presented the evidence and the facts in a way to gain a conviction for manslaughter, but I don't think the DA's office put their best and brightest on the case.
