45. I don't know how to handle a rapist.

I have no expertise on that subject, but there are people who do and they could give the proper advice. Are we going to arm all women just because there's a slim chance they will be raped? People in law enforcement and other occupations that deal with rape victims can give advice on rape prevention -- how to keep from being a target and that sort of thing. Too many people think that they'll be protected by a gun and don't know of other ways to avoid rapists and other criminals. I can understand why a woman would want to carry a gun for such situations, but I wonder if she would be just as secure with a can of mace. Sure, it can be a dangerous world, but we can't let fear run our lives so much that we have to carry guns with us everywhere we go.
