"this sheriff's deputy, along with five other sheriff's deputies and a sergeant...a K-9 dog". So, that's 7 (seven) cops and a dog for a guy who's committing a major crime like sleeping on a front lawn.

"Eventually, the officers hog-tied the man"...seven cops could only hog-tie him "eventually"???? Who was this guy? The Hulk?
