34. Where I lived in the Pacific Northwest

99% of the Latinos I encountered (where I knew their ethnicity) were of Mexican nationality. Frankly, I know a greater proportion of Latinos here than I did there, over there, they tended to keep to other Spanish-speaking people. I did date a woman who was half Mexican and half Apache, and it was during that time (20 years ago) that I knew the most Latinos in the NW.

Here, many Latino folks are pretty friendly. I know several regulars at the corner bar (a Mexican-Irish place!) and am sociable with many at work. Like I said, they tell me things...
