10. Victims

Victims are usually not looking for a violent confrontation. But they sometimes manage to find one anyway. It doesn't matter what they were looking for when the criminal with evil intent finds them.

Luckily, innocent, unarmed people are only victimized several hundred thousand times a year.

Granted, armed people are also sometimes victims. The criminal usually has the advantage.
