In fact, it was barely presented at all. I don't see how that prosecutor won 83/85 murder trials if that's how he does his job. I could have presented it myself and won. Yes, won. On the very same evidence.
Perhaps not with that jury. Which makes me wonder where the fuck the prosecutor was during jury selection. Which makes me wonder all sorts of other things...
