In his mind at least. There's no reason why he should think it out of the ordinary. After all, that kind of thing is quite justifiable, because he "knows" that Black people are just itching to kill Whites at the drop of the hat.

Brown skin is something to be feared by White people, at least he's scared of Black perps ready to gun after him and others on sight.

Tell me again, how in the hell do these people even go out in public?
