We need to go back to the progressive tax structure we had in the 1950s and 1960s.

Because of the stagnation in middle and working class wages, the tax burden is way too high right now on those folks -- while it is way, way too low on the wealthy.

Again, it is a matter of priorities.

Single-payer health care and forgiving college student loans would do more to convert this economy into one of sustainable prosperity than almost anything else.
