...and it takes you a while to realize it is gone, because you had built up a tolerance to it and learned to ignore it?

It starts with a feeling that something is weird, you can't quite put your finger on it, and suddenly you realize what it is. And then you check, and yes, it is actually gone, and you're like "holy crap, I thought it would never....".

I just had such a moment

Rumor has it, DU is missing a source of word-salad.
