2. I was hoping it was a girl, too, since she would be in primary succession, after Wills

I kind of thought that maybe the knew the gender, when they changed the law. But, according to all of the press, the couple really did not know, and wanted nobody else to know, if it was a boy or girl until the child was born.

So, history wasn't made, but a healthy baby born to such a loving couple is always a blessing.
