So he charges the slide...and there's already a round in the chamber, which he has now just ejected. Sure charging the slide chambers another round, but if it was a nice, validating, attention-getting restaurant massacre he was dreaming of, he now has one less round before having to re-load.
The quality of our attempted mass-murderers is dropping...
