17. Liu or BdB. DeBlasio is the city advocate...

and knows the city inside out, he's not a politicker and his plans are often the most progressive. He's also a stand up guy who cares about people and he's works exceptionally hard (my fave type of pol). He tends to be a little liberal activist at times (like getting arrested during protests) so i wonder how he'll manage the other half of the city (well, the top 10%), but he'll always be the first one to speak up if a hospital or low income housing is threatened, and you always know where he stands. Howard Dean backs him if that means anything to you.

Thompson i'm still mad at because he came so close to winning i feel like if he had only tried harder, but then again, his party abandoned him b/c they didn't want to be bothered and they didn't want to piss bloomy off.

Liu, same as Bill for the most part but he has a little bit of drama, who doesn't. well, BdB doesn't, but i think you can't go wrong with either of those 2.
