that's what some Teapublican may tell you to make themselves feel better.

What they are doing in their state level terrorism of women and minorities is similar to what al queda was forced to do when their international aspirations were foreclosed upon by U.S. anti terror campaign which dismantled a lot of top leadership in al queda as well as closed off their access to easy international targets.

The GOP is making do with what they have got now that they are swiftly becoming a regional party.
