Barnett: Hey XYZ auction house, we have just foreclosed on a house. If you go clean it out for us, you can keep whatever you take and auction it off in lieu of payment. Can you do this?

XYZ Auction House: Sure, we will be there right away.

Barnett: Hey XYZ Auction House, we made a little faux pas, do you still have the stuff?

XYZ Auction House: Hey Barnett, thanks for the job, we made a quick turnover and a tidy little profit off the goods. No we do not have anything left. Have any more jobs let us know, great doing business with you.

Barnett: LOL, guess we will make an offer that they can not refuse, we will be in touch for future jobs.
