Some view this as a racist justification of a lying white Latino which entails an equally racist attempt to blame a black teenage male for attempted murder or actions that seemed to lead to accusations of attempted murder. In fact, the white Latino was guilty and the black teenage male was innocent.

In any event, it's an attack on the black community and an egregious example of racist bias in the denial of justice, punishing the murderer of a black teenage male.
