41. Update

1.- It's not SDPD. They can't...he is their boss. Though the city attorney's office is talking to his security detail.

2.- Sheriff Gore said in the morning that they cannot reveal the names, Gracie's law, but have received multiple complaints. This means they will approach the DA soon. We actually have a pool going as to when resignation/arrest...not necessarily in that order, will happen. Given this has to go to the DA who has to determine if they have a case, and then ask a judge for warrant...tops...three weeks. It is a process thing, and one I like about the system when it works.

In the meantime...we are still on phase two. We might cross into phase three of scandal tonight. The Dem Central Committee is meeting tonight...to vote once again on whether they support or not. They were divided down the middle a week ago.
