YOU claimed he was chair of armed services; I corrected you and pointed out that it was Veterans and that that is not as prestigious a committee. And it is not. Furthermore, in all his years in the house, that was as high as the guy got and he didn't get that until he'd been in the House for a dog's age. That was the only remotely powerful position he held in all those years.
