To this day, the overwhelming majority of the press he gets is still respectful. That little hiccup in El Salvador barely rates a mention.

Barack Obama had and has a choice. His ambition led him to the White House, and if he is serving the 1% rather than the 99, that's his choice to serve that ambition.
