The entire thread was validating and inspirational.
I had been feeling like I was stuck in a circular rut,
and was starting to ask myself, "WHY do I bother coming to DU anymore?"
This thread answered that question.

I continue to post at DU
....because I am a DEMOCRAT,
....because I know WHY I am a DEMOCRAT,
....because I'm NOT afraid to STAND for traditional Democratic Values
....because I am a DEMOCRAT.
