17. If you read that PDF, you will find the "3- 'nuked'; 6 - precut" claim is wrong

The only meanings are:
5 figures starting with 8 - GMO (though whether anyone uses that in practice is questioned)
5 figures starting with 9 - organic
5 figures starting with 0, or just 4 figures - everything else.

And each of those 4 figures have no meaning - they are just numbers, assigned each time someone wants a new category. And they all currently are in the range 3000 - 4999, which means you would be falsely making people think normal products are 'nuked', by which I presume you mean irradiated in some form. You should go back to those people and tell them the video is wrong about '3'.
