22. That is a terrible letter.

"Buy from us because we have supported you by marketing to you" is not a compelling argument in the face of torture and murder in Russia. Where are the charitable contributions done by Stoli? What are they going to do to actively oppose the laws being passed in Russia? "Supporting" us by paying for marketing initiatives in various U.S. cities may have been enough in 1985, but certainly not now. I figured Stoli would respond to the boycott efforts - I just didn't realize how bad the response would be.
