That appears to be a female survivor in some fairly standard in-game gear, with the photoshopped addition of gloves and rope, standing along the coast east-north-east of the town of Chernogorsk on the Chernarus map.

I can pretty clearly see the cylindrical granary facilities of Cherno, with a few smokestacks from nearby Elektro sprinkled in to break up the skyline.

I've been watching people play that game a lot lately, and we even have a thread up for it in the gaming group, though I'm really the only person posting in it:

It makes sense that survivor types would gravitate to that game, with its utter ruthlessness and complete lack of social rules. As I mention in that other thread, the difficulty of the game increases dramatically if the person playing is streaming and appears to be part of a social out-group, as racists and bigots team up to hunt those players.

I do not know why racism goes hand-in-hand with survivalism, but in an alarming number of cases it does. I see it, and if you guys watch SoulCrush playing DayZ tonight, you will, too (also, SoulCrush can use followers and donations, hint hint).
