The pattern of the gunshots and the shooting of a pregnant woman argue strongly against any absurd self-defense case Seba could bring up. In other words, the DA can make a 2nd degree murder charge stick, and if Seba was heard yelling racial slurs (and especially if there were other witnesses) there can be hate crimes charges as well.
