Not to mention, meth cookers aren't exactly walking in and buying a wheel-barrow load of Sudafed over the counter, making this completely pointless. Meanwhile the actual trade will go on undisturbed, stealing from storerooms, employees lifting it when their boss isn't looking, crates falling off the back of trucks, etcetera.

This is just feel-good horseshit legislation designed to make it look like they're doing something, without the difficulty of ACTUALLY doing something.
