Why not? COME ON DEMS! Step up to the podium. Propose the legislation. WHY are legislators allowed to tell doctors what they must to do if legislators won't do the same?

It's a simple construct...If you want to propose legislation which dictates the interaction between a doctor and his/her patient, then we should have a similar law dictating the interaction between a doctor and the legislator telling him or her how to fulfill his/her legislative duties in regards to doctors.

Seriously. How can some hardware-store owner from Virginia (making that up...I don't know their backgrounds) tell a doctor how to be a doctor? This is, btw, inspired by the segment on Chris Matthews which just ended.
