10. In this particular political match, this is a win for Putin.

Yes, he's a tyrannical loon, but he got to pretend to have higher moral ground when Holder had to reassure (to the world) that we wouldn't torture one of our own. I'm not denying Putin's crimes, it' just that he seems to be winning this public relations game.
