George Bush never had the majorities Obama did, yet the only legislative failure of his presidency of note is the failure to privatize social security. Two HUGE tax cuts; war; the Patriot Act. My God...Obama-ites act like nobody ever did anything without a filibuster-proof majority. Were he a leader, he would have been out there pounding the GOP during the health care debate (and not waiting 7 months to even join the fray), for instance. There's a reason the corporate masters of this country are only running the tools on the GOP side...they have their man...already in the White House.
