This comes down to your own thought process, the media could careless about facts they only want ratings, the police and DA need to prove the case, so too pass judgement before all the facts come out is IMO premature. History is a great teacher, Susan Smith, the run away bride? and Central Park Jogger case? when people jump to conclusions innocent people go to jail see Paradise Lost: The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills.
